Know Where You Actually Stand
Before You Spend Another Dollar

RTB's CyberCOP™ Assessment establishes a validated, defensible baseline of your cybersecurity program - against the obligations that matter to your specific situation.

Most Organizations Do Not Know What They Are Representing

When an insurance carrier, assessor, attorney, or sophisticated client evaluates your cybersecurity program, they are not evaluating your intentions. They are evaluating what you can demonstrate.

Most organizations discover their documentation does not match their operating reality only when someone is looking. The RTB assessment is designed to surface that gap, accurately, specifically, and with a clear path forward - before the stakes are high.

What We Evaluate

The specific scope of every assessment is determined by your applicable requirements and business drivers. The core questions are consistent:

  • What do you actually need to protect - systems, data, people, vendors, boundaries?
  • What requirements actually apply to your organization - and are you representing them accurately?
  • What has actually been implemented versus what your documentation describes?
  • What are the material gaps, and which ones carry the most risk?
  • What is the right path forward - with clear ownership, sequencing, and governance recommendations?

CMMC and Non-CMMC Assessment Tracks

CMMC Scope and Readiness Assessment

Designed for organizations in the Defense Industrial Base preparing for CMMC Level 1 or Level 2. Evaluates applicable requirements, current implementation condition, SSP and SPRS accuracy, evidence posture, boundary definition, and readiness gaps. Produces an Executive Readiness Brief, Validated Readiness Findings, a Prioritized Remediation Roadmap, and a Governance Baseline.

See the full CMMC Readiness page

Governance and Exposure Assessment

Designed for organizations facing cyber insurance scrutiny, HIPAA requirements, contractual security obligations, regulatory pressure, or governance deficiencies that do not fit a CMMC framework. Evaluates obligations, current condition, documentation accuracy, material gaps, and governance posture. Produces an Executive Exposure Summary and Prioritized Governance Roadmap.

What You Leave With

Regardless of which assessment track applies, you receive:

Executive Summary - A leadership-level view of your current condition, material exposure areas, and significant concerns requiring executive attention. Designed to be presented to ownership, a board, or a leadership team.

Validated Findings - A detailed view of applicable requirements, observed implementation status, evidence reviewed, and identified deficiencies.

Prioritized Roadmap - A practical path forward with recommended actions, sequencing, ownership assignments, and governance considerations.

You leave with a defensible starting point - not another compliance report that sits in a folder.

Starting Point

Assessment scope and investment are determined in a brief scoping conversation. Most organizations begin with the Standard CMMC Assessment or the Governance and Exposure Assessment.
