Your Clients Need Cybersecurity Governance. You Should Not Have to Build a Compliance Department to Deliver It.

The CyberCOP Partner Program gives qualified MSPs a governance capability - powered by RTB - that strengthens your client relationships and creates recurring revenue you do not have to staff.

The Gap Most MSPs Are Not Equipped to Fill

Your clients are facing real governance pressure. Defense manufacturers need CMMC. Healthcare organizations need HIPAA compliance that goes beyond a checklist. Companies facing cyber insurance renewals are being asked to demonstrate documented governance programs.

You can implement the technology. But regulatory interpretation, SSP development, policy authorship, evidence management, risk documentation, and ongoing compliance leadership are a different discipline - one most MSPs do not want to hire for and should not have to.

The MSPs that offer a credible answer to this problem win more sophisticated clients and keep them longer. The ones that cannot often find someone else steps in to fill the gap.

What a CyberCOP Partnership Looks Like

RTB and a qualified MSP partner to deliver CyberCOP governance alongside the MSP's technical services.

RTB is responsible for:

Governance, policy development, documentation, evidence management, risk decisions, executive oversight, compliance leadership, and ongoing program management.

The MSP is responsible for:

Technical implementation, remediation, the managed services relationship, and the client's technical environment.

The client is responsible for:

Business decisions, participation, approvals, funding, and risk acceptance.

This division is explicit, documented, and maintained throughout every engagement. RTB does not seek to manage your client's technology. The MSP does not have to become a compliance firm.

What This Means for Your Practice

  • Offer a credible CMMC and governance capability to clients who need it - without staffing a compliance team
  • Create recurring governance revenue alongside your managed services revenue
  • Technical remediation and project work flows from governance - RTB identifies it, your team implements it
  • Retain clients who would otherwise need to find a governance specialist elsewhere
  • Add a differentiated capability in a market where most MSPs offer the same stack

The Credentials Behind the Program

The CyberCOP Partner Program is built on the same methodology and team that serves RTB's direct clients. When your client's CMMC assessment, HIPAA compliance, or post-breach accountability is on the line, the people governing that program matter.

RTB was founded by two U.S. Air Force Cyber Operations Officers - Jason Read (CISSP, CMMC Registered Practitioner) and Zach Bartsch (CMMC Registered Practitioner). Our Security Program Manager, Tammy Gates, is an Army Veteran with 18 years of federal and DoD cybersecurity experience, including RMF and ATO work at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

We have built defensible programs in environments where documentation, evidence, and governance were evaluated under federal scrutiny. That is the standard we bring to every CyberCOP engagement.

Let's Talk About Whether This Fits Your Practice

If you serve defense manufacturers, healthcare organizations, or other clients under governance pressure - and you would rather offer a capable governance partner than build one internally - we should talk.
